***All League Presidents and/or Vice President or Senior Board Members in the Southeast Region are expected to attend.***
***If for any reason, no one from your league will be attending, contact Rhonda Dubski at 951-205-6503***
***Please, no children in attendance***
BRING TO THE MEETING:
- League President / Vice President and / or Senior Board Member (Maximum 2 people per league)
- Completed All-Star Participation Form AND Fees. $350 / per team – Foal thru Pony.
- Does your league have an All-Star coordinator? If so, please have them attend, or bring their name, phone number and email address.
BEFORE THE MEETING:
- Meet with your Board and approve how many teams per division you will be putting into All-Star Tournaments.
- Cost is $350 per team. All teams in the Southeast Region will play a minimum of two rounds of All-Star Tournaments.
- Complete the All-Star Participation Form that is attached to this email.
- Pinto Division: There are four choices in Pinto. If the players played in the Pinto division this season, they are eligible to play in any of the four categories based on their age eligibility. Example: Your league played Pinto Machine 8U all season; you could separate your All-Star teams to 7U Pinto Machine, 8U Pinto Machine, and Pinto Player Pitch.
- HOSTING OPTIONS: Is your league interested in Hosting All-Star tournaments? Several hosting opportunities are still available. Cost for hosting is $300 / per division. For more information, contact Rhonda Dubski.
MEETING WILL INCLUDE:
- Collect All-Star Participation Forms and Fees
- Discuss the process for completing Tournament Affidavits & what needs to be in All-Star binders.
- Updates and information you will want to share with your All-Star Teams & Board Members
- Questions and Answers
